I had no problem with the service itself but believe customers should be advised upfront in regard to the fee to travel which includes time to travel and a rate per km. This is calculated from their place of business to your home; in this case $263 for 36.2 kms and return. More than half of this fee ($150.00) was was initially included in the labour cost, and when queried was moved to time to travel on the re-issued invoice.
I would like too thank Paul -Sandhurst Air Conditioning & Plumbing for his commitment to fixing my very old air conditioner ..when most people would have thrown in the towel ..Paul did not .!! He managed to fix the issue with extreme patience and professionalism, From my initial call I received quick response and 2 hours later he was there too fix my problem, also would like to thank Paul for the clean way he left the job 🤩..Highly Recommend this Business ..

In my opinion the best measure of service is what a company does when it finds a problem with its own service or product. Recently Sandhurst Airconditoning found the reason my Daiken unit was not working was due to their faultly installation 4 years previously and they took complete ownership of the fault and rectified the problem at NO cost. That is what you want in a company because things can go wrong when dealing with any company!! So few companies act ethically when they they are found to be at fault. Well done Sandhurst airconditioning, definitively use you again and happy to recommend your company to others.
