I had my roof replaced by Wright Brothers Roofing a few months ago, and the whole experience was outstanding. I worked mostly with Chris and the crew, and they were kind, easy to talk to, helpful, and very quick to respond. Any time I had a question about the roofing process, materials, scheduling, or what to expect next, they answered right away and never left me waiting. As someone who knew very little about getting a new roof installed, I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were. They explained each step clearly, from shingle options to the installation timeline, cleanup, and final inspection. The team made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire project, and I could tell they truly cared about doing the job right. One thing that impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail. When the shingle color I first selected was temporarily unavailable, they asked if I wanted to move to my second choice so the roof work could stay on schedule. Later, when my original choice became available again, they called me right away and gave me the option to switch back. That level of customer care meant a lot to me, because it would have been easier for them to keep the second order in place, but they took the extra step to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Their work ethic, communication, and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. The roof installation went smoothly, the crew was professional, and they made the entire process stress-free. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family and will always speak highly of the care and service I received.

i’m very happy with my new roof. The roofing team did an excellent job from start to finish, and jonathan, my sales rep, really went the extra mile to help me choose the right shingle color and style. He provided several sample options, shared photos of completed roofs with similar shingles, and gave me helpful ideas so i could compare the look in person before making a final choice. At one point, i got worried when part of the roof was installed and the shingles looked different in the shade, but chris quickly reassured me that if anything was not right, they would make it right. That kind of care and honesty really showed throughout the whole roofing project. There were a couple of small cleanup concerns during the job, but axel and the crew handled everything quickly and professionally. Each person i spoke with had the same attitude: if something needed attention, they would take care of it because customer satisfaction mattered to them. What impressed me most was how carefully the crew looked over the roof deck and surrounding problem areas while the work was underway. They found some damaged plywood and spots where water could have collected during heavy rain and high heat, and they made smart adjustments to the shingle installation, including adding metal flashing for better protection. It was clear they wanted the roof system done the right way so it will last and hold up well over time. The only challenge was timing updates on exactly which day the crew would arrive or return, which can happen with roofing work because of changing weather and scheduling. Even so, the workmanship, communication once they were on site, and the overall care they showed made this a very positive experience. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement.

As new homeowners, we ran into a lot during our first year, including storm damage that blew shingles off our roof and caused a leak. We found a roofing company online and got connected with Axel right away. He was very helpful through the whole roofing and insurance process, worked closely with the adjuster, came back out for another meeting when the adjuster changed, and also stayed in touch with our insurance agent. Axel took time to explain roof claim details like RCV and ACV in simple terms, which made the deductible and payment process much easier to understand. That extra guidance really helped us feel more confident about moving forward with the roof replacement. On installation day, the roofing crew showed up on time, got the new roof installed efficiently, and cleaned up the jobsite well. They came back again to make sure everything was fully picked up. The crew was polite, hardworking, and careful with our property. It was clear they cared about doing quality roofing work the right way. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the whole experience was smooth and professional. Honest communication, strong workmanship, and great customer service made this one of the best contractor experiences we have had. We are very happy with our new roof and would highly recommend them for any roofing repair or replacement project.

This is not a usual review since I have not personally hired Wright Brothers Roofing for roof work yet. However, I recently had a chance meeting with Jonathan, and the experience left a very strong impression on me. While we were both waiting during car repairs, Jonathan overheard me talking with my daughter about serious storm damage to her home, including a tree on part of the roof and other debris across the property. My daughter had noticed several out-of-town roofing crews helping people nearby and was thinking about hiring one of them. She asked me to check whether they were properly licensed and insured, but I was having trouble figuring out how to find that information quickly. Jonathan kindly stepped in and offered to help. Because of his roofing industry knowledge, he knew exactly where to look and how to confirm the details. In just a few minutes, he was able to find the information and pass it along so my daughter could make a better decision about her roof repair needs. As we continued talking, he also gave me useful advice about water damage in my own home and explained how roof leaks and storm-related issues can lead to bigger problems if not handled the right way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, even though there was no job involved at the time. That kind of honesty and care says a lot. Even though I have not used their roofing services yet, this experience gave me a lot of confidence. Based on the helpful guidance, professionalism, and compassion I was shown, I would absolutely consider using them in the future for roof repairs or storm damage work. The qualities I saw were expertise, fast help, understanding, and real customer care.
