I compared several companies and had them come to my house for inspection and quotes on roof replacement. It's a tedious process. However, Andres did an excellent job going over the materials, warranty, and services in a professional and friendly way. The tipping factors for us were the Owen's Corning TruDuration shingle that has a 50 yr warranty, and the great financing options that enabled us to get 12 months zero interest. In less than a week, the installation crew came and installed the roof all in one day. Caesar, the crew supervisor, was also very communicative and answered all of my questions, and gave me before, during, and after photos from a drone so I could see the process from start to finish. Due to strange placement of a water pipe on the edge/side of my house that is immediately below the roof, a roofing nail pierced the pipe because it was impossible to see. The crew identified it immediately, reported it to me, and re-opened that small area, repaired the leak, and re-installed the roof again. That part was very stressful to me, but Caesar and the crew were professional in dealing with it quickly. The entire team worked efficiently from early morning to late afternoon, and cleaned up everything, including using the nail magnets, so that there was barely a trace they had been around the yard. Great product, great service, fair price. We chose the Williamsburg Gray color, photos attached.

Did amazing work. Luis was the job supervisor. They were fast and cleaned up with no mess left behind. I will give them all the recognition they deserve and earned. BUT only thing i can say was bad was on my part. Obviously roof needed replacement because there were some damages. In the communication and inspection i also needed to have some knowledge about the roof as far as terms and materials. A few areas of the soffit was damaged due to old shingles leaking. Before i didnt know what a soffit, flashing, or easement was. So they replaced the roof but didnt replace any soffits because it wasn’t in the job description. Had i known all the terms then, i would have made sure to mention “roof and soffits”. In a way it was like replacing a cracked wheel on a car but continue using the old tire. But again i accept that it was my mistake for not being educated enough. So now I’ll need to get another quote for more repairs.

I'm so excited with the rough Roofing team I couldn't wait to share the progress soon as I saw shingles go away like I can picture the completion of it. These guys was awesome coming in the door they took care of unseen repairs that were needed and they were ready for those to come up during the shingle replacement process. Upon getting a new roof there are things that I was pointed out prior to and during the work process and yet price stayed the same these guys are genuine and they carry out their promise and see beyond my expectation of the work that they had set out to do. Not only that I got a new roof but it feels like family and came over to put it on for me meaning that these guys treated me like family and took care of everything that I was in a blind. They could have simply just covered things up and kept on going but they didn't. They did everything very professional from start and into the finishing stages. I would definitely highly recommend these guys even if I'm not at home I would trust him on my next home project if I have another roof to replace thank you guys and the team for going Far and Beyond Call of Duty! Not only that you guys speak value but you uphold that value and cover things all Under One Roof and that's peace and comfort for me to sleep on again thank you. One last thing, I can definitely truly say from the heart that the Back Onyx roof is beautiful!

My new roofing experience with Ruff Roofing was a great one! I desperately needed a new roof and had a few dealings and estimates before this one. Frome the get go Moe has fantastic customer service skills, understanding, and knowledge. He was very thourouh and always acknowledged things that were not necessary and not needed. The pricing was very fair compared to others and made simple to make happen. The guys showed up on time and were. Eager and ready to work starting very early. The supervisor Eric did a great job overseeing the work all day and kept me in the loop on everything from progress to anything that was noticed. They were done by about 5:00 pm and there was no evidence anything had taken place on the house or in my yard around the house upon leaving. I am very pleased with the process from beginning to end and would recommend Ruff Roofing to anyone I know.
