Since I have a flat roof, he took the time to understand my situation and connected me with the right person who could properly assist me. Very prompt and very honest. I recently had a new home owner's insurance say that I needed a new roof. Howard inspected and said no you only need some small repairs. It was quick inexpensive and true peace of mind.
