After years working for other residential contractors, watching budgets run over and deadlines slide, Mark Ferguson started this design-build firm in 2010 around one fix: plan the job first, then sign a fixed-price contract before construction begins. In-house planners, designers, and drafters take each project from site analysis and renderings to a written scope, and a dedicated site manager runs the build.
The work spans kitchens, baths, additions, basements, whole home remodels, and custom homes, with past projects that include a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired carport in Greenville and a garage gym conversion in Simpsonville. More than 800 clients later, the firm is still locally owned, working across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and Pickens counties out to Lake Keowee.
