Ultimate Staffing was a breath of fresh air. Krystal Lumadue worked with me on a couple of occasions, including one that paid very well, I was embarrassed to go back and ask for help, it wasn’t a good fit. She helped me find a better position. (Of course I left on good terms giving a proper notice, fulling remaining duties). Her words, “There’s a lid for every Pot”, helped me so much, she was truly interested in what would be good for me, even if the pay was less.(At my request!) Including having the ability to see the skills I could use that were able to cross over for jobs where I never would have thought of applying. The team is awesome, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Also, I had 3-4 fraudulent attempts by those who said they wanted to hire me. Sincere-real scams. Scary when they want your social upfront, or want you to buy items for new offices. Unless I knew hiring managers-I would only go through staffing agencies. And Ultimate is wonderful, I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
