I do not recommend Randstad Digital. Randstad Digital is a company that, in my experience, focuses more on generating revenue than on maintaining high standards in its hiring practices or leadership. During my time working with them, I was assigned to a team with a management structure that made me feel uncomfortable and did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect from an international organization. My Supervisor was a convicted felon. I felt it was disrespectful to my professional background that individuals without the necessary preparation, behavior, or leadership competencies were placed in positions of authority. This directly affected the work environment and the overall quality of the experience. Additionally, the compensation was far too low for the workload and responsibilities assigned. In my opinion, Randstad Digital does not adequately value its contractors or provide a professional and respectful work environment. If you value a healthy work environment, fair compensation, respect, and professionalism, I do not recommend Randstad Digital.

No communication at all, they never answer there phones.....but if you REALLY need a job by any means necessary then this is the place. The guy Billy even past two of my drug test, one i didn't even go in to take and the other tested positive but I didn't have to confirm the prescription so the application and drug testing process is a breeze. Other than that there's other staffing agencies out there. Response: I called that number and didn't get in touch with anyone. But like I said above this place is what it is and even more. You are the so called owner responding to this so reach out to me! Get my info from your database and reach out. I have ALL the facts and information you need in this phone and your more than welcome to have it. Everything from supposed misconduct to proof of not even taking one drug test but yet he pass me through to the opiates that were in my system for the other that I never had to confirm I took. I decided to apply with Randstad after hearing positive feedback from others who had success working through them. I applied to several positions that closely matched my experience and also submitted a general application to introduce myself. Unfortunately, despite days turning into weeks and then months, I was never contacted by a recruiter or provided any follow-up. I understand that staffing agencies manage high volumes of applicants, but the complete lack of communication was disappointing and did not align with the experience I expected based on the reviews. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve communication with future applicants.
