Although I wasn't placed successfully, I had a great experience with ProFound Staffing / Marie. What differentiates her from other Recruiters I have worked with is that she really takes the time to understand who you are, what skills and experience you have, and then attempts to present you in the best possible way to the opportunity at hand. In addition, she also gives a very detailed account on the role and expectations of the future employer or company, stays real and communicates swiftly. I felt that working with Marie was professional, straightforward, friendly and quick. I'd be more than willing to work with her again for future opportunities.

I had such a great placement experience when working with Marie. Not only is she professional, but she is very good at following up with showing new opportunities that fit her client's background or providing information of the next stages of a current opportunity that is a great fit as well. I was pleased with the dedication she showed when coordinating the placement process and she follows up with feedback quickly. In addition, she is accessible in case you need to reach her. Overall, she is very personable and a down to earth person who is passionate about helping others reach their career goals and I can talk to her all day. If you are interested in going into the technical field, I would recommend Profound Staffing every time because she knows her stuff!

My personal experience with ProFound Staffing is excellent. For the first time in my career in working with recruiters and staffing agencies, I was blown away by how much they care for their candidates. I did not feel like I was just another number being thrown at a dart board. The authenticity and kindness that I experienced from my contact, Marie was exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about this company and my experience with them. Marie contacted me via LinkedIn about a “real” job opportunity in the north Texas area. I say “real” opportunity because other recruitment firms post shell jobs just to get candidates into their pool, but not ProFound. This was a good opportunity with a legitimate company. I spoke with Martin the following day and he screened my background and skillset to match with this potential job. About a week later I had an interview scheduled with the client. I was provided with information about the prospective employer, as well as interview preparation tips. I did not get the job, but it was only because the client decided they were not going to fill the position at that time. The communication from Marie and Martin was exceptional throughout the entire process. They kept me up to date with information, even if it was just to say they did not have any news from the client. Marie even pumped me up when I told her about my other interviews with companies that she did not facilitate. That should tell you everything that you need to know about the people at ProFound. They truly care about the candidate landing a job. I did end up getting a job on my own and Marie and Martin were genuinely happy for me. If you find yourself in the need of a job within the IT field, do yourself a favor and reach out to Marie or Martin at ProFound. They really will do everything that they can to help you find your next job opportunity.

During my job search, I was contacted by lots of recruiters on LinkedIn. Almost all of them were professional, a few stood out as especially personable, communicative, and/or continued to look for more than the initial role they contacted me for. Marie stood out even amongst those. There are many things that I appreciate about her and her process. It is obvious she is very experienced and cares about both the candidates and companies she works with. She takes time to get to know what you're looking for and your skillset. Even before she got an interview scheduled, she gave feedback on my resume and skills and recommended tweaks based on insight from what she was seeing in the job market. While she was waiting for a company to open up a role, she would periodically check in to see what the status of my job search was. She is selective about the companies she sends candidates to and can tell you all about them and the feedback from other candidates that she's placed there. When an interview was scheduled, she went over who the interviewer was and what he or she was like and sent general interview prep and tips -- which I can say has helped me in other interviews too! With other recruiters, I got some level of some of these things, but the candidate experience with Marie was so much more. Without a doubt, Marie is terrific to work with.
