One of the things I truly appreciate about IG is that I’m treated as part of the team, not just a resource. My account manager, Gaby Valencia, and my recruiter, Ali Al-Mabuk, are always ready to assist whenever I need support. I’ve experienced a few issues in the past (such as delayed payments when SS Tech had received funds from IG but hadn’t yet sent them to contractors), and they were promptly addressed and resolved by them. Additionally, I had the pleasure of recommending a former coworker, who successfully passed the selection process and now works for the same client as I do. Overall, working with IG has been a very positive experience.

Unfortunately, my experience was very negative due to poor management and lack of communication. Important information regarding scheduling, expectations, and job changes was often delayed or not communicated at all, which made it difficult to perform my job effectively. Additionally, I observed and experienced unfair treatment that appeared to be discriminatory. Certain employees were treated differently without clear justification, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment. Management did not address concerns when brought forward, and there was little accountability. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive or fair workplace. This company has serious issues with communication and employee treatment. Management frequently fails to inform employees of important updates in a timely manner, leading to confusion and unnecessary stress. I would advise others to be cautious when considering employment here. They also will Call,text to check on you and promise things then lie.

I had a frustrating experience with this recruiter/agency. When I called their number, it didn't connect me to a real person, just some automated system or voicemail. I spoke with several recruiters who seemed interested at first, but after one unsuccessful job attempt (where I didn't get the position), they completely stopped responding to my messages and emails, no follow-up or explanation. When I reached out to ask why I was being ghosted, my account was blocked and I couldn't contact them anymore. This left me feeling like just another number in their system, not a person looking for a job. I wouldn't recommend using them if you're expecting professional, ongoing communication. Your experience might differ, but this is what happened to me.
