George and Alex were fantastic in the sale of our London property. The moment we met them we knew they were the gents for us. They were fully transparent throughout and easy to reach and discuss the sale with. We were in a very challenging market at the time and even with a couple of false starts where offers were pulled, they had us back under offer within days with no negative impact on the sale price. George was absolutely great and really funny, he kept us super calm in what can be quite a stressful situation. From the moment we met for the viewing to the point where he handed the keys over everything was done professionally, communication was excellent and he ensured we were able to move in ahead of Christmas, which we are really grateful about, he also allowed us to view the property to measure the flat while payments were still being processed. The wider team was great too whenever George was OOO, his team still kept in touch and updated us on anything that needed to be done. As a first time buyer, Alex was a genuine pleasure to deal with - despite the fact he wasn't even acting for me, but the sellers. Straightforward, proactive, and always on hand to answer questions and keep me updated without me having to chase. George and his team at Radstock were brilliant with our (complicated) sale and in contact immediately at each and every step of the process. The sale was made difficult by people and solicitors (and other estate agents) further down the chain but Radstock kept it moving and all parties involved were kept in place, nerves calmed and the many concerns reasoned out together.
