I have recently completed my onboarding process with Woodlands Arch. Overall, the process was well-structured and clear, and I appreciate the guidance provided throughout. Communication from the team was generally helpful, and the key information regarding house rules, maintenance responsibilities, and tenancy expectations was explained in detail. The onboarding documents were thorough, although quite extensive and took some time to go through. I would appreciate slightly more simplified explanations or step-by-step guidance for some of the technical responsibilities (such as boiler pressure and maintenance procedures). Overall, the experience has been professional, and I am grateful for the support provided during the setup process.
