We had a very positive experience with Elle and the lettings team at Winkworth, West Putney. Elle took the time to understand the type of property we were looking for and all the properties we were shown were suitable for us. Elle was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process and we have finished our search by renting a property that is ideal for our family. I had a fantastic experience with Winkworth West Putney, and in particular Elle, who was outstanding from start to finish. After having very little luck with another agent, Elle immediately got to work and had viewings lined up within 36 hours — which was a huge relief. What really stood out was how seamless she made the whole process, especially as I live abroad. Communication was excellent throughout: clear, proactive, and reassuring at every step. New tenants were secured and contracts signed within around a week, and the whole process felt efficient, professional, and genuinely well managed. Elle clearly knows the local market and takes real ownership of getting results for her clients. I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Elle again. Highly recommended.

Elle showed us around our flat which we have lived in for over two and a half years. She is welcoming, informative and happy to answer any questions we had. She has recently been showing our property to new tenant's to rent and has been super understanding and flexible with doing viewings around both our work schedules. Thank you so much Elle!
