I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience. We lived in a property managed by this estate agent for around two years, during which time we repeatedly reported serious issues with mould and a broken window. Despite inspections and ongoing complaints, the window was left unrepaired for over two years, with the landlord reportedly refusing to fix it due to cost. This contributed significantly to persistent damp and mould throughout the property. During this time, both I and my two children (both under the age of two) developed respiratory issues, which we believe were directly linked to the conditions we were forced to live in. When Environmental Health became involved, they confirmed that the broken window was a key factor. Even then, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the agent for the prolonged situation or the impact it had on our family. Shortly after Environmental Health intervened, we were served a Section 21 notice and forced to leave the property. From our perspective, this felt like a retaliatory eviction after raising legitimate concerns about the condition of the property. Communication throughout was poor and often stressful. Emails were responded to quickly, but instead of support, we were frequently blamed and sent generic guidance on how to prevent mould, rather than any meaningful action being taken. The tone was often dismissive and unhelpful. Visits to the property were uncomfortable, with a clear lack of compassion or understanding. On multiple occasions, contractors or representatives attended without proper notice, and when we raised concerns, the agent was argumentative rather than constructive. Overall, this was a very difficult experience, made worse by a lack of accountability and basic empathy. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting through this agent.

I lived in one of their flats for 3 years, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The team was always responsive and quick to address any issues—if we needed anything, they sent someone out immediately. Special thanks to John and Matt, who were particularly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When it came time to move out, there were no problems with the deposit and they kept us informed about everything. I highly recommend this agency for anyone looking for a hassle-free renting experience!

Warren have failed to uphold the conditions of our rental offer before our move, causing us a significant amount of stress and frustration. Warren have been dismissive and we are extremely disappointed with the company. I would not recommend them.

I wish to record my experience as a landlord using Warren Letting Agents. I let my newly-bought flat in Putney with Warrens from about 1995 until selling it this year and always found them helpful, fair and competent. I have had the same tenants for the past 12 years and feel fortunate that Anne Lynch was assigned as Warren's agent for all of that time. I had moved to Plymouth (over 200 miles from London) and was concerned about coping with any 'Landlord' event remotely. However, Anne dealt conscientiously with all maintenance issues and acted in an exemplary manner to protect my investment, whilst maintaining a good working relationship with the tenants. Thanks for everything Anne!
