We had a really great experience working with Chloe throughout our house purchase. From the very beginning, she explained everything clearly and helped us fully understand the property, especially its extension potential, which was one of the key reasons we decided to proceed with the purchase. After our offer was accepted, her service was especially outstanding. She was always incredibly responsive, kept both sides moving efficiently, and helped us enormously throughout the whole process. She was also very accommodating with our schedule and arranged multiple visits for us to bring builders to view the property, which we really appreciated. Chloe is genuinely sweet and pleasant to work with, while also being highly professional at all times. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property.

We’ve had such a good experience buying our first home through Stirling Ackroyd. Chloe has been amazing throughout the whole process. From the start she stood out from other estate agents we’d met because she was so friendly, professional and really on the ball. She was always easy to get hold of, kept us updated throughout and helped make sure everything stayed on track for our planned completion date.
