We recently ‘downsized’ from our family home in East Putney to a more manageable house nearer the river. The whole exercise was handled smoothly by the team in Savills Putney office who gave us five star service and took a lot of the stress out of the move. They pulled out all the stops to get our house on the market as quickly as possible, to enable us to be in a position to purchase our new home. Savills got the brochure printed and organised numerous viewings in the space of two weeks was amazing. Then getting the best possible price by going to sealed bids. Not only that, but you helped with finding a surveyor and financial help in case we needed a bridging loan. Admittedly things did slow up after the first offer fell through, but you made sure that we didn’t loose Maggie and it all came together.

First class service from Sophie, Alex & Caroline at Savills. From our very first discussions through to the Completion of the house sale they had done their research for potential buyers and continued to be proactive and responsive. Their knowledge of the market was excellent. They kept me up to date and were always quick to respond with advice. They also went the extra mile in checking on the house when I was not around. Sophie seemed to establish a good rapport with the buyer, which is extremely helpful in what is often a fraught and stressful situation. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling a house in Putney.
