Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

We had a really good experience with River Homes. They have very good local knowledge, they are very service minded, accommodating and the communication was really good. And they found us the most beautiful home! They have responded to all of our queries fast and have been really helpful. Especially the agent Isabella provided top service and was also just really nice, positive and professional. We worked with Isabella, Leanna and Ines and i would definitely recommend this staff and this agency for other people like myself searching for a lovely place to live. Frederikke & Kathrine

I had a delightful experience with Riverhomes (South West London office ). My flatmate and I saw a new flat come online that we really likes, I called the office the next day and my call got handled with the highest urgency (because I was under some pressure to find a place) Caroline was able to make time and show me the place that same day. From there on the service only improved, Caroline was very clear in explaining the process, her communication with the Landlord was great and also the communication back to me. we managed to secure the place the next morning. Thanks to Ines hard work the reference check got carried out really quickly too. I have not come across such a profession letting agency who make it an absolute breeze to work with. They are 100% understand their clients priorities and can cater towards them. After seeing the flat Thursday we managed to see the flat again on Friday and moved in on Monday. the follow up process from Caroline was as good as the securing process. over all an amazing experience in something that was a stressful time for me. Cannot give Riverhomes a high enough recommendation.
