Paul and the team at Regallis were great from start to finish of our two-year tenancy. They were always prompt, professional, and efficient when dealing with any issues, making the whole experience very straightforward. We couldn’t recommend them enough.
I rented a flat using Regallis Associates last year. Paul was friendly, prompt and professional, and the whole rental process was on the whole much easier and more efficient than I have found elsewhere. I would definitely consider using Regallis again if I needed to find a place in London.
I have used Regallis for almost 20 years and I feel that my properties and interests could not be looked after any better. In pre-covid days when my career took me out of the country several times a month, every month, I was always extremely confident in the knowledge that if anything needed to be addressed in my absence it would be, and to the very highest standard. Indeed, whenever an issue would arise, the staff at Regallis would be proactive in the management of that issue in a prompt and professional manner keeping me informed from the very start and thereafter listening to and following my requests, or advising me of alternative options where appropriate. In the general picture, they provide a courteous, efficient and experienced service. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would not be without them.
