The team at Nobles were amazing with marketing and selling my home. Woody and his team had an excellent offer within days. Ruby then kissed with buyers, buyers solicitors, my solicitors and others to get the sale completed. All of them were friendly calm and professional and it was a total joy to deal with them. Highly recommend them.

Noble Estates have be truly fantastic from start to finish. I’ve been looking for a property to purchase on behalf of a client for months and after registering with them on a Monday, they got me into multiple properties within 48 hours and I was under offer on one by the Friday. They’ve been brilliant with progressing everything along since and we hope to exchange within the next two weeks which I have no doubt will happen given how efficient they are. Highly recommend!
Very disappointing experience. Ruby called us on Wednesday to arrange a viewing for Saturday morning at 10am. We received an email with 2 attachments of the tenancy fees and how to rent guide, however no confirmation of the viewing or the full address of the property. We then followed up twice in the next 2 days, however we received no response. As we both work, we specifically arranged this viewing before work and adjusted our plans to make it happen. We were about to give up and send an email to cancel the viewing as we did not receive any communication from the agency, however at 7am in the morning of the appointment we finally received a text confirming the viewing. We then travelled for almost an hour to meet the agent. At 9:45am, just 15 minutes before the scheduled viewing, my partner received a call informing us that the viewing had been cancelled. By that point we were already walking down the street where the property is located. The lack of communication and the extremely late cancellation showed a complete lack of consideration for our time. Had Ruby responded to our emails or informed us earlier that the viewing could not go ahead, we could have avoided wasting our entire morning before work. Based on this experience I would not recommend dealing with this agency.
From the very first conversation, this team stood out. Dynamic, proactive, and genuinely passionate — their energy made the whole process a pleasure. Communication was excellent throughout, from initial engagement right through to sale. We were always kept in the loop without ever having to chase. The marketing was beautiful, and their use of varied sales channels was both smart and effective. Highly recommended.
