The Marsh and Parsons team led by Phil Coombes at the Barnes office can be recommended without hesitation based on my family's experience. The results speak for themselves with a very successful sale achieved in a matter of weeks without any hitches. The excellent outcome was the result of Marsh and Parsons understanding the unique character of the house and identifying a bespoke sales strategy which was rolled out according to plan with great energy and enthusiasm. Phil Coombes took the time to develop a rapport and working relationship with us as his clients and his shared understanding and appreciation of the house was much appreciated. Communications were good in keeping us informed at each stage. Phil Coombes leads an excellent team who were all involved but a special thanks must be given to Alistair Husbands who negotiated the sale.
