I couldn’t recommend Jack highly enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the local market and really takes time talking things through with you. When we put in an offer he really helped us out by putting in a good word for us with the sellers. His communication skills are fantastic; whilst we were working towards exchange he would keep in touch regularly to see how things were progressing and was always quick to respond to messages and emails. He is approachable and genuine and we always felt in safe hands whilst he helped us get to exchange.

I highly recommend Jack. He delivers a highly personalised and tailored service and has an indepth knowledge of the local markets in which he operates. He's engaged and remains focused on completion from the "off". The whole conveyancing system is a minefield and it's so helpful to have Jack on the team providing strategic guidance. He is hugely experienced and this really comes across in the highest level of service that he provides from initial pricing to the rollercoster of issues that enevitably emerge during the process. He keeps transactions on track and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Choosing Jack to represent our home was an incredibly easy decision for us. We had put so much of ourselves into our property and Jack completely understood that. It was clear to see how much passion he had for both our home and the industry he works in. Nowadays, it feels like you're being oversold and pandered too by estate agents, but Jack was 100% honest from the moment we met and he has taken that extra step to understand the area he operates in. It was ultimately Jack we decided to bring onto the sale as opposed to the estate agent company. Once we had decided to partner with Jack on the sale, he showed an unbelievable amount of commitment. The social media campaigns were spectacular and he got to know our home to the minute detail (I think he could tell you more about the finishes than we could). During the sale, we had a fantastic offer in the first 24 hours of viewings. This ended up being pulled. We had already had an offer accepted on a property we loved, and became anxious about the sale. Jack guided us through this unfortunate scenario with compassion and care and ultimately helped us secure another one. He always goes the extra mile, and has even been on hand to help advise us in the purchase of our next property. His communication is incredible and we would advise anyone in the area to use his services on their property sales. We just wish he would work in North London where we will be moving too!

A breath of fresh air. Couldn’t recommend Mallard Estate Agents in Putney highly enough, Jack was brilliant from start to finish. He was responsive, honest, and genuinely helpful rather than pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. Jack clearly knows the local Putney market inside out and gave practical, straightforward advice at every stage rather than just trying to close a deal. Communication was excellent throughout, and he went out of his way to keep things moving smoothly right up to completion. If you’re looking for an estate agent in the area who actually cares about getting it right, ask for Jack, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
