I rented a property through Lawson Rutter and had a great experience. The agents and the property management team were always really responsive. Loren managed the check-out process brilliantly and ensured I got my deposit back in a timely manner.
After more than our fair share of bad experiences with estate agents, Lawson and Rutter have been a breath of fresh air. We were with them for four years on our apartment and honestly couldn't recommend them more. A huge shout out to Loren Bradshaw and the property management team in particular. Loren is absolutely phenomenal. She consistently went above and beyond, chased things on our behalf before we even had to ask, and always had someone round quickly when we needed it. She brought such genuine care to our time in the flat and we'll be forever grateful. If you're looking for an estate agent who actually looks after you, look no further.

The team, led by Sean Roe, were exemplary. They understood the market and were adaptable. They provided sympathetic, personalised advice around timelines, viewings and sales strategy. They remained conscientious throughout the conveyancing process.
When it comes to selling a house Sean and Alex at Lawson Rutter gave a 5 star experience all the way. From beautiful photographs and clear and accurate property details to organising all viewings over 2 days to minimise the impact on my day to day life. The quality of their buyers was excellent resulting in having to pick one of 4 amazing sets of people. Once price was agreed I was introduced to Clare the Sales Progression Consultant. She took on managing the sale through the various stages to exchange and completion always ensuring I was up to date with information. I only wish the estate agent I purchase through could be this good. Lawson Rutter certainly bust the myth of what you might think of estate agents, I can’t recommend them enough.
