We instructed J D Wood as the second agent attempting to sell our property and they managed to sell it for a great price and without chipping the price to get the job done. Jack and Chris were easy to work with and quick to respond on communications, going the extra mile. We had one applicant pull out at exchange, but they picked up other interested parties with offers on the table within days. We can’t thank you enough and I would highly recommend using this team of proactive agents who don’t over inflate prices to get instructed and are professional in every aspect of the negotiations.
