We had a great experience with James Anderson from start to finish. Mark and Lana were both brilliant throughout the process – friendly, helpful and always responsive. A special mention has to go to Jess, who sold our property. She was absolutely outstanding. Her negotiation skills were second to none and played a huge part in achieving a great outcome for us. She struck the perfect balance of being warm, approachable and genuinely supportive, while also being confident, professional and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent throughout.
