Oliver at Cloud Residential is wonderful and made securing and renting my new flat a smooth and easy process. My experience with Oliver from cloud residential has been really excellent. What sets Oliver apart from your high street agent is that he really cares. I have dealt with him for both selling and rental....he is so thorough with both viewings and all his paperwork, dotting the Is and crossing the Ts, he takes away all the worry. One of the most important things, is that he will always keeps you fully informed, I have never found this with other agents you are kept wondering, how did the viewing go is there any interest etc! If I could give more stars I would a first rate service for a very reasonable price!

I recently worked with Cloud Residential to help me find a property to buy in north London. Having previously had two very frustrating and disappointing encounters with other estate agents I was relieved to discover how professional, knowledgeable and flexible the service I received from Cloud Residential was. I dealt with agent Oliver Hogg, who did a fantastic job of finding out exactly what I wanted and quickly understanding my specific needs. He was patient, professional and full of ideas and delivered facts plus all relevant information very clearly. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy, and it is clear that he knows this business inside out. This all combined took away a lot of the stress that buying a property otherwise can bring, I would highly recommend to anyone.
