I have dealt with Stephen O'Connell for many years who has always been professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot praise him enough! My latest tenants were introduced by Oliver Mongan who has taken customer service to a whole new level. His enthusiasm, commitment and communication has made everything so easy. He is an absolute star! It has been such a pleasure to work with Stephen, Oli and the Chestertons team. Chestertons in Putney is, by far, the lettings company to use in the area, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have seen so much properties to buy with Jazz, she is wonderful person and she is very confident in her sector. She is very honest and straightforward about her opinion that what I really like about her. She is also so helpful, informative and professional person. I asked so much questions, she answered so well , if something that she need to find out, she always gets back to me quickly and fully answered all my questions, she manage to arrange viewing in same day for most of properties which I am interested. She completely understands what I like about properties, she contacts with me if any new property on sale which could be suitable for me. I definitely enjoy viewing properties with her, wishing to buy a good one for me very soon. Thanks so much for all your help Jazz, I am so lucky to meet with you through Chestertons Estate Agency..

I am disappointed with the way my concerns were handled by Chestertons Putney. Over the course of more than a year, I made repeated efforts to resolve an ongoing issue directly with the branch. Although I remained polite and tried to find a reasonable compromise, I felt my concerns were never taken seriously. Communication lacked empathy, and despite several discussions, I saw no meaningful action. Based on my experience, I expected a much more professional and considerate approach from a local business.
