I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this real estate agency. The lack of professionalism is obvious in the way they carry out their daily activity. It seems that for the people at Chestertons, showing off their bare little ankles and dragging themselves dramatically around the neighbourhood matters far more than the struggles of a single mother or the wellbeing of a child. While residents fight every day just to find a decent parking space, estate agencies have turned the street into their own private showroom for company cars and pointless parades around the area. Their priorities are very clear: their image matters, the people who actually live here do not. The situation becomes even worse when you start noticing the abuse of their business permit. The agency’s cars are frequently parked in a chaotic manner, taking unauthorized spots and completely ignoring basic rules. This behavior directly affects the residents in the area. Moreover, there is a constant sense of invasion of privacy. Their activity shows no regard for the personal space of nearby property owners, which is unacceptable in a field that should respect people’s homes and comfort. I do not recommend this agency to anyone who values seriousness, respect, and common sense.

Bronte was fantastic throughout the buying process, kept us up to date at all times before we made an offer, arranged for us to see the property at short notice post offer acceptance, and was super helpful throughout the legal process when needed. Bronte quickly arranged for a valuation on our property and then passed us on to Ellie to manage the sale, who was respectful of our circumstances when arranging viewings, very quick with viewing feedback and also extremely helpful keeping things moving with the buyers. Overall, Bronte and Ellie worked really well together for us, and the Chestertons team helped us achieve a very quick purchase and sale, felt fully supported throughout and they helped make it a relatively stress free process!
