I had a really positive experience working with Tom at Brinkleys during my recent purchase. He showed me around the property on four separate occasions, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure I felt confident at every stage. Tom was consistently prompt in responding to texts, emails, and calls, which made the whole process much less stressful. At my request, he even created a full video walkthrough of the property so I could review everything again in my own time. On completion day, when I wasn’t well enough to collect the keys myself, he very kindly dropped them off at my current home — something I really appreciated. Tom is friendly, professional, and clearly committed to great service. I’m very happy with how he managed the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
