A young enthusiastic team with a compelling commercial approach - recommend Sam and team. They know the SW very well and had a great book of prospective tenants. I had multiple viewings on day 1 in a tricky market and a total of 3 offers by the end of week 2. They advised me on my best option and overall I’ve been very pleased. I’ve worked with other estate agents in the area before and I would recommend BG above those both on price and service. You get a highly personal, attentive service with BG which is so important when renting your home.
