Jess is absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and hassle-free. We were able to secure our new flat in just a few weeks, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The flat is beautiful and in the perfect location, literally just in front of our workplace, which makes everything so convenient for us. We truly appreciate all the effort Jess put into helping us get the flat. As an overseas landlord, I found her support absolutely invaluable. Lauren handled every stage with meticulous care, from putting the property on the market to finding the tenant. She attended to every minute detail of the property rental rules and ensured the property was in excellent condition.
