I had a great experience with Andrews in Southfield. Their team is friendly, welcoming, very professional and helpful. I just walked in with an enquiry and was introduced to the right agent straight away. Particularly with Duaa, the leasing agent, she is so greatly helpful and friendly, she's also very efficient, helping me put everything together and move forward with a rental in just a few hours time. I highly recommend their team to anyone with the need of anything related to property, and I'd like to work with them again in the future.

The team at Andrews (Mark, Reece and Huzifa) could not have been more helpful in selling my property in Southfields. The sale was complicated as I leave nearly 300 miles from the property and the Andrews team took over all the arrangements for viewing, allowing access for surveys, electrical and gas inspections etc and even arranged for a tradesman to fit new locks to the property without the need for me to travel back and forth. They gave sound professional advice, responded promptly to any emails/calls etc and were always helpful, professional and friendly. Their marketing of my property was first rate. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I don’t have enough words to thank Duaa Khan for all the help she gave us during the process of renting our property. Despite the many documents and a few inconveniences along the way, she was always extremely professional, patient, and efficient, making what can often be a very stressful process much smoother for us. I would also like to thank the entire team at Andrew’s Southfields for their fantastic work and support throughout. If I ever need to rent another property in the future, I would not hesitate to go through this wonderful company again. Highly recommended.
