Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Dr. Boduch and Nicole Mercaldi. These two go above and beyond and am incredibly appreciative of their hard work and phenomenal customer service/bedside manners. As for the management and administrative team, well that leaves something to be desired. I received a call from PsychPlus asking to release my information to another unrelated company and was informed that my therapist/dr were the ones to advise this. Well, when i clarified in the next appointment, they did not and the diagnosis i was told was incorrect. So now i'm having to jump through hoops to rectify an error made by PsychPlus. I then called them requesting them to look into it and provide a resolution to this blatant HIPAA and possible malpractice violation, i was informed that they would resolve the issue and get back to me. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I also received a phone call about having surgery done and when i asked what the dr advised, they told me "well we wanted to see what you thought first." I'm not a doctor, nor am i medically trained to make that decision without consulting my doctor first. Last i checked, telling a patient they have a disorder without a doctor's diagnosis is not the best course of action. For their sake, i hope they clean up their act.

I’m very confused. My son has used this office for several months with no problem. I have tried for three months to get a new patient appointment. It takes you a month to get an appointment. The last The last appointment that was scheduled, I did not receive a Link time for my Appointment. This time I called the day before twice and left two different messages several hours apart no response about today’s appointment. Today I called early this morning and verify that I had an appointment did I need to pay a co-pay and were there any forms I need to fill out?. I was told everything was fine. 15 minutes prior to my appointment still I do not have a link. I call and all you get isn’t answering service. The people on this service struggle with understanding English. So I did not get a link again and missed my appointment again. The last time I missed my appointment the doctor That I did finally get in touch with was very rude and hung up on me because I was not responsible in her opinion to get to my appointment on time. I would like to let this company know that these are mental health people you are dealing with some of them are reliant on these appointments to get their met and if they do not have their meds or serious consequences. You really need to re-analyze how you handle your Customer Service

It was indepth and very precise to my needs. I'm very pleased with the level of concern and caretaker was displayed by Psych Plus doctors and their employees at this point. Good care is really hard to find in this day and time. Thank you Psych Plus, you are greatly appreciated! Bradley Byars

Will a negative review get my prescription to the pharmacy? Let's find out! My appointment was a week ago. I am a psychiatric patient on controlled medication. There are no extras. I have called several times. Each time the answer is, "your order is on the way to the [doctor]. I will send a message to expedite. They will have it or call you back tomorrow." It has been. ONE. FULL. WEEK. Of this. I don't know what else to do here. EDIT: It took three additional phone calls, and the medication was finally sent to pharmacy at the end of day eight. It should not take eight days for a prescribed, controlled medication for a psychiatric patient to reach the pharmacy. I hope this is an outlier, because my Nurse Practitioner is great.

I am always vey pleased with my son's provider Ms. Bina Saleh. She is an amazing communicator, very knowledgable and always has his best interest at heart. His is autistic and requires intense care and she has worked with us for several years now. I would not trust this level of care with anyone else at this time. When needing further assistance with PsychPlus, the agents are always friendly, helpful and easily available for questions, adjustments with appointments etc.
