I have had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Clayton through Premier Psychological Services numerous times both virtually as well as in person. He has provided friendly, compassionate, and professional care in all our meetings and I always feel welcomed and respected. Ms. Lera Fisher has provided excellent communication and scheduling flexibility on many occasions. I would strongly recommend the team here and their services.
Dr. Angela Dobbins is an excellent clinician. She has performed an extraordinary and though assessment; which I believe to be accurate for my child. She’s trustworthy as well has caring. I highly recommend Dr. Dobbins for my child’s psychological assessment in addition to the staff at Premier Psychology Services.
Dr. Clayton is incredibly compassionate and easy to talk to. From the very first session, I felt heard and understood. He provides real strategies that make a difference in everyday life. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for genuine, effective therapy.
It is hard to contact anyone at this clinic. I had to call repeatedly over multiple days to try to reach anyone. They don’t provide any email confirmation of your appointment to ensure there are no verbal miscommunications. Instead, they just send you a zoom link the evening before. The doctor who did my evaluation did not spend as much time with me as I was told he would. He went through a list of questions and asked few follow ups. When I finally received my report, it was clear by the lack of detail that there wasn’t as much attention paid to our conversation as I would have hoped for. Some of the detail that was included was incorrect. My psychiatrist no longer recommends this practice due to past issues.
I have visited Premier Psychological Services multiple times and can confidently say it is one of the most competent and professional establishments I've encountered. The doctor was excellent, and I also had the pleasure of meeting Lera, the clinic's owner, who provided invaluable guidance throughout the process and was extremely supportive every step of the way. It’s truly refreshing to see an owner so involved in the business and dedicated to their clients.
