Being a first time renter, Celeste was incredible with helping myself and my partner with everything we needed to rent our first home together. Over the last 2 years Celeste has provided quick and efficient solutions to any problems we had with the property and always had an answer to all our questions regarding renting. I’ve recently purchased a house in Launceston and, after calling around and speaking with a few property managers, Sally stood out. She was able to get the property rented prior to settlement, and the whole process was completely hassle-free. The tenants sound like they’ll be a great fit, and it’s obvious that proper due diligence was done to make sure the right people were selected. From a property owner’s point of view, Sally works incredibly hard behind the scenes and genuinely does the right thing. I’m sure she’d also be very fair and easy to deal with from a tenant’s perspective. Would happily recommend her. Hayden.

Sally is honestly one of the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with and I don’t say that lightly. From day one she’s been warm, genuine, and on the ball with absolutely everything. You can really tell she loves what she does, because it shows in how she treats people. What I’ve appreciated most is how human she is. She doesn’t just tick boxes, she listens, she understands your situation, and she finds solutions instead of roadblocks. When I was going through a really tough patch, she handled everything with so much empathy and zero judgment. That kind of support isn’t common, and it meant more than she knows. She’s quick, she’s thorough, and she actually follows up, which in the rental world is like striking gold.
