Rental property was competently and thoroughly cleaned and the property manager proceeded with a disproportionate inspection report and asked the tenant to clean again. Also asked for the keys to be left outside door of property over a weekend. Burglars delight? Interestingly at a previous rental inspection the property manager had expressed to the tenant that she had never seen a property so clean and passed on her glowing report to the owners.Amongst many unreasonable observations of her vacate report, a few were…the tenant was told to remove 2 pegs from the outside line, a single hair from bathroom, and to remove a cupboard and dog kennel that were there when the tenant moved in! This required a tradesmen to come and dissemble and take to the tip. Unfortunately her demeanour and attitude was less than professional. Would not recommend this real estate firm. Photos show how property was left. The photos were taken before the second clean, minus the skirting boards and kitchen sink tap. Regardless of your expected response, the attitude towards the tenant was less than acceptable. Also this dwelling is attached to a business and I believe there is no fire wall? Sometimes it’s not what is delivered but how. Work on providing respectful, professional interactions with clients. I would be happy as would the tenant to speak in person.

I had to move into a new house within 10 days, and during that time I met Shannen from key2Property. I explained the situation I was going through, and she listened carefully and fully understood my circumstances. She then recommended the unit at 2/38 Blaydon Street, Kings Meadows, which is a newly built property that I loved from the first inspection. Shannen supported me throughout the entire documentation process and helped me meet the minimum criteria. I have now moved into this beautiful, newly built unit. As this is my first rental property, her guidance made the whole journey much easier and less stressful. Even now, she continues to offer help whenever I need it. Overall, my experience with Key2Property has been smooth and very positive. Shannen is professional, kind, and genuinely values her clients’ needs. I highly recommend this real estate agency.

I was lucky enough to have Tania Clarke sell my property & I could not be happier – she is genuine, down to earth & realistic yet perseveres for the very best price & outcome. She took on board every little improvement I’d made to the house & passed those to prospective buyers, but did not ever seem pushy or ‘salesy’. She is trustworthy & takes the time to explain every detail in terms I could understand. She has great judgement, common sense & takes pride in her work. Ananda is the most genuine, warm, professional, efficient and friendly agent I’ve encountered. She negotiated a price for our house beyond our expectations, and made the whole process quick and easy. Her communication throughout the whole process was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, and if I was going to sell a house in Launceston, she would definitely get the job again!
