knowledgeable and reliable, knew his target.... Bought a property and decided to sell our current property with Jesse. He was across everything and always returned missed calls etc. To this day he is still in contact about the property we purchased through him due to some deceased estate issues, which has been going on for over 4 months. Jesse and I have been in touch for well over 12 months and he did an superb job of keeping me informed with the local market conditions prior to us listing. He is a down to earth guy who is very knowledgeable and organised in managing an end to end process. He is always responsive, delivers (never over promised) on what he says he will and the outcome speaks for itself - after listing just 1 week later, there were over 100 people through, over 20 offers and a unconditional sales price that well exceeded my expectations. Look I am old school and speak my mind. I was responsible for getting my late mothers affairs in order from the disposal of chattel's to finalizing outstanding payments. I engaged two realtors and my second choice was a no brainer when coming to who was going to get my business. No disrespect to the first choice but for me it was somehow plastic and I felt like I should have been back in school when this chap ran through his sales pitch. Now I was also on the fence with the second chap and I will explain why, as I said I am old school and worried about how Jesse would deliver after his easy and simple explanation of his sales pitch but in the back of my mind his age just kept making me wonder if he could walk the walk after he talked the talk. Now don't think I am being hypocritical and shun the man because I voiced this concern to Jesse during one of our many face to face conversations. And Jesse was able to put my mind at rest with his professional approach, now it was at one of these conversations that I found out he is also a dedicated father as he had his youngster with him (child was happily playing some game gizmo in dads car parked in a cool shaded spot while Jesse assisted with open house days). Jesse was always polite and straight forward with his communications and was contactable for the best part of 90 percent of the time with the rest being able to respond to my questions in a timely manner. Before the house sale I had never heard of Jesse but when I mentioned my intention of placing the house on the market to my mother’s garden maintenance person he told me of Jesse and how they had been friends for a while. I contacted Jesse and arranged for him to come and introduce himself after the first chap had been and gone and had a few days to consider my options. I have none not one regret in engaging this bright and friendly professional. The sale price was well within his expected range and at the top portion as well, so good work and a big thankyou. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone interested in property whether that’s buying or selling.

Honest and genuine Jesse was energetic and aimed to please. The communication was clear, concise and prompt which I really value. His knowledge of the market and in particular the area was excellent. He was great to deal with!
