Jeremy Wilkinson was my second agent to sell my house at Mayfield. Jeremy made some bold guarantees and certainly delivered on all his promises. He said he would sell the property in a week. And he did 11 written offers all on contracts. Which my last agent failed to do. Worst thing is hearing someone offered XYZ but only a verbal 🤦. So the process was simple as signing the contract and having it completed. How good right? My initial thoughts on Jeremy being 'a top agent' was potentially cocky and a bit of a snob. But actually Jeremy is a very humble honest and straight shooter (no bs). I visited him at a few open inspections and was surprised to actually see him there and not an associate. Certain won my favour. Working in the industry interstate I was very impressed with the level of service. They had the courtesy to post a vendor gift all the way from Tas ($23 postage btw) to Adelaide. Much apperciated. I wouldn't hesitated to use the best in the state again. Look no further than Jeremy.
