Since taking over the management of my property, Samara has consistently exceeded expectations. She inherited the property in a poor state and worked tirelessly to oversee its return to a presentable condition. She went above and beyond throughout the process, even while the property was vacant and not generating any income. Samara’s communication has always been honest, transparent, and supportive. Samara is our secret superhero. There is no other explanation. We are convinced she’s cloned herself because no single human can be this bloody efficient. She gets back to us so fast it actually highlights how completely crap our own family communication is. If our adult kids and the rest of the family replied this quickly, our lives would be an absolute utopia. She bends over backwards so much she should join the bloody circus. Seriously, nothing is ever a drama for her. Oven crapped itself? Fixed. Neighbour’s fence looking worse for wear? Sorted. Garage doors playing up? Handled. Cleaning and hedging? Sorted out before we could even blink. I once asked her a question, blinked, and she had already sorted the issue, emailed us back, and probably solved world peace while she was at it. She is aggressively kind, terrifyingly positive, and the absolute gold standard of property managers in Launceston. If you are not using Samara, you are missing out. Give this woman a massive raise! P.S. Samara, if you ever want to chuck in the real estate game, we will pay you handsomely to manage our adult kids' and reply times on the family group chat.

Samara gave us her time whenever we needed it, was meticulous in finding the right tenants, and carried out thorough three-monthly property routine inspections, and shared them, with photos. Her professionalism, care and attention to detail gave us complete confidence and peace of mind throughout.

Samara is an excellent property manager. Her knowledge and support are first class. Most important job is helping select tenants. The recommendations show an understanding of my objectives and careful reading of potential tenants. I couldn't ask for better. Professional, efficient and effective at all times dealing with owner, tenant and trades. Samara is friendly, easy to talk to. I noted a great review from my tenant, so the ability to work with both parties is clear. If Samara is an indication, great skill with choosing employees and supporting them is endemic at Jenkins.
