@home is super efficient and professional. They make every things easy and possible. Even I was in oversea by the time I was applying the property, I was so nervous but they communicated so well and make sure I was understanding, answering all the emails and questions. @home Property Management managed my investment home in Launceston for the 3 years that I owned it and there service was impeccable. They were on top of everything at all times, consistently carried out timely property inspections, had a stable of great trades staff for when anything went wrong and ensured rent was always paid on time. They go above and beyond to provide a superior quality of service and their staff are all on board and follow the same philosophy. Ceinwyn rates a special mention as she is fantastic to deal with, always on the ball and extremely knowledgable. If I ever owned property in the area again I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else, they are THE BEST.

I would not recommend this agency to tenants. Communication was poor throughout, and there seemed to be a lack of understanding of basic tenancy laws and processes. I experienced significant issues in the end, including the illegal use of my electricity account, which is unacceptable. Situations like this should not occur with a professional property manager. This agency appears to prioritise property owners at the expense of tenants. If you do rent through them, make sure you protect yourself — keep written records, take photos, and document everything carefully. As with most real estates, tennats, they do not have your best interests at heart. Disappointing.
