The whole team at The Pool Shop are super friendly and helpful. Water testing at the shop is quick. Advice is second to none. Their pool maintenance services are well priced and communication prior to and after their visits are always appreciated. They always text the day before a site visit and notes are always added to your invoice on what services were completed. Thanks guys.

I could not praise the service at the pool shop anymore if I tried. We were installing a pool at home and I had left it last minute to organise lights, Andrew took my call and was super helpful with information and even said he will sell me some lights from an install and replace so I could have them right away. When heading into the store with my kids we were greeted by the lovely Erin, she also was more than helpful and the service I received was just like the old days. This service will have me calling back in for all product we need because they both couldn’t be more helpful and friendly if they tried. Congrats on such a beautiful showroom and service that will have me spreading your name all over town! Thank you for making my day Erin, I walked away feeling my cup was so full just from your service (the kids were pretty smitten too with their 🍭)
