I’m leaving this review on behalf of my parents, who unfortunately had to deal with flooding and significant damage to their apartment. Today, after the repairs were completed by the contractors, two Servpro employees, Rebeca and Derek, came to assess the apartment and clean up the extensive dust left behind from the drywall and ceiling repairs. They were both extremely professional, but even more importantly, they showed genuine empathy and compassion. My parents are 93 and 82 years old and have been displaced from their home, living in a hotel while the repairs were being completed. Rebeca was incredibly patient in answering all of my parents’ questions and reassured them that she and Derek would thoroughly clean the apartment and take care of everything after the flooding, damage, and construction. She even explained that they would be removing and washing all of the textiles in the apartment, especially since some of my parents’ belongings had to be discarded because of mold. I cannot say enough about these two amazing employees. We are truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. When we returned to the apartment at the end of the day, the apartment was spotless. They exceeded our expectations and made a very difficult situation much easier for my elderly parents. Thank you, Rebeca and Derek, for treating my parents with such care, respect, and compassion. Servpro is fortunate to have employees like you.

We unfortunately had a water break which significantly damaged 2 floors in our home. ServPro remediation, led by Brandon, was quick to respond by quickly sending Ricky's crew to help limit the damage. Subsequently, Eli and his team, Sergio, Tito, and JP, took over professionally wrapping and removing our antique furniture for transportation to the storage unit. During the process, Eli was a great communicator of their arrival times and was very professional and encouraging in dealing with our issues. Linda, who coordinated all departments, was very available and reliable. In summary, everyone was accommodating, professional, and encouraging for which we are very appreciative in an otherwise difficult situation. Thank you! Ross and Debbie Walker

Noah, Dom and Sean were amazing!! So helpful and tended to every detail. They were so considerate of my blindness and making sure that everything was safe! They packed up all of my beautiful crystal in my China cabinet. They were spectacular and I would give them a 1000 stars if I could!

This company was GREAT to work with after our tub leaked all over our floors and we needed restoration. Sean and his team were always on time, communicated clearly and were on top of every step. I really appreciate the company and Sean, they were fabulous to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of water or fire restoration!
