Technicians arrived at the time they said they would. They were very professional and courteous. Job was done reasonably quick, just a few hrs to dig a huge hole under my sidewalk, detect, and fix the leak. The price was very reasonably, I had three quotes and they were much cheaper than the other two. I will call them every tima I have an issue with my plumbing. Ask for Casey Kimbler.
Leaking outdoor spigot when I came home from vacation. Luckily Schrader Plumbing sent Chris & Caleb out in less than 1/2 hour! It’s fixed fast than I imagined could ever imagined! Faster than Uber Eats delivery! Lol! Thank you for your super quick response & professionalism!
We found out the water pressure in my brother’s house in Lake Country Estates was significantly higher than normal and we also had a small leak where the water line from the meter joined to our house. We got three quotes and picked Schrader Plumbing since they have an excellent reputation and they had the best estimate for fixing the leak and replacing the 30+ year old water pressure reducer and back flow preventer. Plumber Casey Kimbler assessed the issue and came up with the plan and executed it efficiently and professionally. He had to dig up the pipes and equipment located in the front yard. The sprinkler system had to be reattached to the system properly since it had previously been hooked up wrong. Casey determined that problem in his assessment. He was the only plumber who did. The shortcut would have been to ignore fixing it. Overall we were very pleased with the work. By the way Casey took pictures of the progress as he worked and included pictures with the invoice. The final cost was as estimated. Excellent work.
