Abdhul (I hope I didn’t butcher your name) was a great initial contact with power plumbing! He was professional, respectful & most importantly knowledgeable. He set up the appointment and understood exactly what I wanted done, without upselling me. Now to Roman Ramos! Amazing Tech. He came at the time I was told he was going to serve, and from the moment he arrived, he presented the same qualities that Abdhul illustrated. He got the job done pretty fast, and did it all on his own. He took pride on his work, the way he installed my water filtration system, and left it working properly & the area looks neat & properly installed. He also made sure that everything was working properly in my home before he left, looking out for me and my family. He show cased a high level of customer service & professionalism. Plus he knows how to hold good convos lol. Thank you Abdhul, Roman & power plumbing for doing a great job. I’ll definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.
Very happy with all the plumbing repairs Power Plumbing Services has performed. The communication with the technician is excellent. They have fixed my pipes in a thunderstorm. Can not recommend them enough. Great company and very reasonable prices. Cameron is excellent and very helpful. Will definitely be requesting him to co.e out in the future.
Water heater outage (12 year old heater) The technician (Jarrod) made it to our house within 30 minutes of me making the phone call, very professional and was able to take out the old water heater and replace It with the new one very quickly despite the tiny attic and hot conditions Excellent service, and thank you to Jarrod again for educating my wife, and I on how to properly maintain the system and ensure longevity out of the unit 10/10 service, thank yall !!
Power Plumbing did a great job on repairing tub faucets that were over 40 years old. Something I would not attempt to do myself due to their age. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the young gentleman Ramon was very professional. Ramon did a great job in communicating my options for the repair and letting me choose what was best for me. Thanks again Ramon.
Cameron came out to help with a clogged kitchen sink and he got it taken care of very quickly, he was extremely kind and respectful. Excellent customer service, showed empathy and actually cares about his customers. Will be recommending him to anyone needing a plumber!
