I noticed a leak on a water heater and called for a quote for a water heater replacement job. They was able to come out the next day, and they not only gave me a competitive quote but they were able to get the work done the same day. Dorian and team did a great job, clean fast and up to code. I had a great experience with this plumbing service! Dorian, the technician, arrived right on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took his time to find all the issues for a plumbing leak and explained the issue in simple terms and walked me through the repair process, which I really appreciated. He let me know prices for the best outcome to the worst outcome. He also referred me to a restoration company who came out immediately and gave me a complimentary evaluation. I had questions after Dorian left and he responded to me promptly. After insurance assessed the damage Justin came out and fixed the leak. He communicated with me throughout the job so I would know what was going on. I appreciate both Dorian and Justin's help. Both were very professional, respectful and so helpful.
