Jason responded to my call early in the morning and immediately scheduled the appointment. They arrived, assessed the broken pipe and repaired in less than 2 hours. Thanks for the great service. This the second time we used Luke’s Plumbing and Jason helped us on both incidents. I will continue to be their customer.

I had an extremely troubling experience with this HVAC company, and homeowners deserve to know what happened. They came out on July 22 — one of the hottest days of the year — to perform a basic AC diagnostic. Not only were they unable to get the system to start, but they left my equipment in significantly worse condition than before they arrived. (note AC was running fine before they arrived!!) When they left, the AC wouldn’t even attempt to start. The circuit board appeared to be damaged, and wires were literally left dangling from the thermostat terminal — something no qualified technician should ever walk away from. Instead of acknowledging any of this, they incorrectly blamed the thermostat and tried to upsell me a replacement for $600, insisting that was the “real issue.” It absolutely was not. They were trying to pull thermostat from wall, not even realizing it was screwed in!! Their carelessness turned a routine service call into a stressful ordeal on one of the hottest days of the year, leaving my home sweltering and forcing me to find someone capable of fixing the mess they created. The lack of professionalism, accuracy, and accountability was astonishing. I strongly urge others to think twice before using this company. My experience was costly, frustrating, and completely avoidable — no homeowner should have to deal with the aftermath of such negligence.

We had Luke's Plumbing come out and do a full sewer repipe. They had to dig under the house in two spots and then dig trenches along the house and throughout the yard. They worked quickly and neatly and had the full job done within 5 days. My point of contact was Joe who was very professional and always quick to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend hiring Luke's Plumbing for any Plumbing and AC work you may need!

Good company and great employees! Joe D. did our estimate and install of a traditional home hot water heater. He answered all my questions, was on time, and did the install quickly. Highly recommend. (Office staff was polite and helpful.)

“Outstanding” is all I can say about Luke’s Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Well, maybe more than that. 😉 I’ll start with the initial phone inquiry. The gentleman who picked up the call on an early Friday evening was helpful and got me a much-needed appointment for Greg to come visit my condo the following morning. So getting someone out in less than 24 hours scores big points! As for Greg, he was highly professional, yet affable - and obviously very good at what he does. For me, my ask was taking out and replacing a couple of under-sink p-traps that would no longer work for the new countertops with sinks. Greg quoted me a fair price, and I immediately gave him the job. After going back to his warehouse to get some supplies and parts, Greg returned and made the replacements in no time at all it seemed. The new p-traps reached the sink drain pipes, and Greg connected my new faucets to finish the job. (Check out my “before and after photos.) So thank you Greg - and thank you Luke’s! Well done. You have earned an opportunity for repeat business if a future need is required.
