I had an excellent experience with Halo Plumbing and cannot say enough good things about them. Their team was professional, courteous, and even though they were super busy, they found a way to quickly fit me into their schedule. They are an affordable, honest company (unlike most businesses out there nowadays). They diagnosed the issue, explained the repairs clearly, and completed the work efficiently (all of my underground pipes had to be replaced). The quality of their service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers. They saved me from being ripped off by another company who completely misdiagnosed my plumbing issues. I highly recommend Halo Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable and trustworthy plumbing services.
Halo as a whole is awesome. From Paula who answers the phone (so sweet and helpful) to Jose, the technician who fixed our sink. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Was honest about what should be done and gave us a few options to fit our budget. The install was quick and looks great!
Louis came back today to check something out for me. He is always on time, always a big smile and always willing to help in any way!His knowledge about the tankless water heater is very impressive. I could not ask for better service from start to finish from Halo Plumbing. Give them a call. You wont regret it!
Luis and Kip did a wonderful job. They kept me informed about everything they were doing. They were professional and efficient and super nice. They are great representatives for your company!
ETA: response to owner below. Horrible experience. It is impossible to get in touch with any type of management and everyone time you get the excuse that they are in a “meeting”. The work we had done doubled in price and we paid but now our toilet doesn’t seem straight so we asked them to come back and they obviously do not want to take any accountability and want to charge more to fix it since we can’t prove it was them and it could’ve been crooked before they moved it. It’s a simple fix and they have lost our business by digging in their heels over $200 after they charged us $1200 more than our original quote. Do not recommend them at all! Original quote was $1600 and yall charged $2800 (apologies it was not exactly double?). It was not expanded at our request - it was expanded because yall claimed you could not complete it without doing $1200 more of work and you had already cut open our ceiling. We called 2 weeks later because we do not live at the property and did not inspect it until that time but called as soon as we noticed. You did not come to inspect free of cost, it was supposed to be $69 but you waived it because you would rather do that than call us back. Been waiting days for a call but apparently can get a response to a google review in a few hours. Sorry these details were not specified in my original post but wanted any customers reading the owner’s reply to have the full story!
