The plumber arrived on time and fixed the issue the same day. He replaced the improper connection with a proper tee fitting and stopped the leak inside the wall. The work looks solid and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and the price was fair for the amount of work done. I appreciate the quick response and same-day service. Would recommend.

Everything with them was incredible. Sergey was incredibly kind, and did the work quickly, and professionally. Great pricing- appropriate for the work, certainly! I will absolutely be hiring them again, and keeping them on my contact list for all plumbing needs in the future. They were fantastic for an emergency leak repair in a bathtub- in case you dear reader, have the same.

Excellent work!!! My flange on my side of my meter busted and I had water running out for 6 days. I found Htown plumbers by their google reviews and called them. It has been ranging all week and they came out immediately and dug a 5 foot hole to get the flange below the meter on my side of the meter not the cities. All the work was done in the rain, most plumber will not work in the rain. They completed everything in less than 4 hours. It was a major repair and I was as without water before they pulled up to do the work. Other plumbers would not work in the rain. The price for the job was unbelievable!!! They will now be my go to plumber.

I was very happy with the service I received. Your plumber Den was excellent. Very patient, explained everything clearly, very knowledable, respectable, and provided great quality work. He arrived a few minutes before the ETA time which was excellent because I've experienced workers being significantly later when I worked with other plumbing companies. Will definitely use again.
