Initially had a disappointing experience with this plumbing service. What started as a minor leak on my outdoor faucet turned into a much larger issue after repairs were made, and I struggled to get timely responses. That said, I want to acknowledge that one of the managers personally reached out and came to my property to address the concerns and help correct the mistakes. I appreciate the time, patience, and effort shown by everyone involved in resolving the situation. My feedback to the company is this: customers are not plumbing experts. When recommending additional services, take the time to educate clients, explain their options, and provide recommendations that truly benefit them. Clear communication goes a long way in building trust.
Absolutely will recommend this company for services. I had a sink that has been out of balance and not connected since September 2025. Finally got it completed and I’m so happy with the results. Fernando was prompt and did everything without any worries. Completely satisfied and will recommend to others who will need a sink reinstalling or anything. Unfortunately the video is better but I can upload a couple of pictures.

The Tech came out within 2 hours of calling GEI, they explained what needed to be done and promptly fixed my plumbing issue that day. I had a discrepancy regarding the invoice and received a call from the owner Idan who personally handle and resolved the issue promptly. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism from this company.
I called for a professional inspection and estimate. They responded within an hour of my call. The technician was very nice. I wrote my review premature. The initial experience was great. I was promised a proper report of his findings but I haven't received it. I appreciate the quick response but if I'm not able to get what I needed the visit was in vain. I have to call another plumber to give me another quote.
