Today, I had to randomly choose a plumber after we recently purchased and moved into our new home (although it was built in 1986) in a new neighborhood. It was a combination of good luck and great reviews that led to my calling Alliance Plumbing. The gentlemen from Alliance impressed me within seconds of arriving when they insisted on slipping on plastic shoe covers. Some might consider the action inconsequential, but I have found it's the little touches that demonstrate an attention to detail and a genuine commitment to treating my home/property with respect. I am pleased to say Kelly and Erik definitely lived up to that first impression, turning out to be skilled, as well as respectful. Officially, today's plumbing challenge began with "The Curious Case Of The Attic Moisture," and my intrepid pair of plumbers has to do some thorough investigating. Once they eliminated all of the most likely suspects, some serious work went into accessing the problem area without dismantling my attic -- and all that effort still fell under the diagnosis stage! Ultimately, it appeared that the culprit was not a plumbing problem at all, but more clue gathering may be required in the future for a final verdict. In the meantime, we identified a few plumbing chores that, while unrelated to our moisture conundrum, still warranted further action. Quickly and efficiently, they resolved all the secondary issues, and Kelly offered to drop in whenever I should encounter more evidence in the attic. I like that Alliance Plumbing is a family business, rather than a giant conglomerate. I like that Kelly has been practicing his trade for 23 years (although being raised by a master plumber suggests his unofficial plumbing training began much earlier). I like that Alliance's business office is less than a mile from my home. But most of all, I like that they treated me right with accurate quotes, fair prices, and honest business practices. In my opinion, trust is the single most important element for establishing a relationship with a service provider/contractor. Just like needing an honest mechanic, we absolutely have to find a plumber we can put our faith in. I am grateful that today I met mine!

Excellent service on my ceiling water leak. The tech “Blue” was able to quickly find the water leak and correct with precision. He was cautious with cutting my ceiling taking care to clean up along the way. I think my kitchen was cleaner after he left than before he started. Blue was in constant communication with me about the repair progress. Nice job. Would recommend

Alliance was referred to me by another plumber who was unable to schedule me in a timely manner. Alliance was able to provide a next-day appointment. My technician, Blue, called me about an hour before the scheduled time -YAY!! He and his assistant were exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient. They listened to my issues, reproduced the problems, and got to work on resolving a clog that was causing a backup and overflow in my primary bathroom. They were thorough, including checking the AC drain line, both upstairs/downstairs drains, and checked out the exterior of the house as well. I really appreciate that they took their time to explain what they were doing, why, and what the "root cause" of the issue was: Roots!! I will definitely call them again should I have any other plumbing needs!

We originally used Alliance in 2018, when we needed a new water heater. They provided us with several options and we went with the best to fit our needs. Fast forward to April 2026 and post visit from our gas provider, our water heater stopped working. My husband called Alliance and spoke with Kelly, who attempted to walk through some possible resolutions over the phone, with no luck. He came the next day and was able to get us back up and running within 20 minutes! We will use Alliance for any future plumbing needs because of their professionalism and commitment to their customers!

I had a leak in my master bath for about 2-3 months, it was a slow leak and then progress to leaking all day. It made it to my closet carpet. A friend of my suggested Alliance Plumbing. They were able to book me early the next day. Blu troubleshooted until he was able to get the leak to stop. I waited a few days to post a review. The leak stopped, even my carpet is now dry. Thank you so much.
