I am beyond pleased with the work Mr. Saint did at our home! He was polite and always professional and made us feel so comfortable asking questions. He was at our home all day doing multiple tasks. He redid the entire bottom floor kitchen sink, top floor bathroom sink, reset and resealed a toilet, and rerouted an ac drainage line. All jobs were don’t neatly! I can’t say that with enough importance. I feel very comfortable to call anytime anymore plumbing jobs are needed! Thank you for being an honest person Mr. Saint!!

I had major overhaul of plumbing work done in my house. I called All Clear Plumbing and Drain and Raymond Mann came out with his crew and let me know what needed to be done. They were respectful, efficient, dependable and very easy for me to work around. They showed up on time and immediately got to work. From the owner, Raymond, Adam and Michael in customer service to Nick who gave the bid, Dale in Field Management, and especially Ryan and Eric who did all the work, they were great! They cleaned up all their mess and then some. I highly recommend this company and will use them again! Thanks guys! You made a horrible situation ALMOST painless! 😊

Had All clear come out to do a remodel plumbing Job, The Hot water was swapped on the Tub and wanted them to make the repairs as they did the job. I contacted the dispatch and told them to contact and confirm the scheduled appointment with home owners. They did not contact homeowners and showed up two hrs later after scheduled 8am arrival. Then we rescheduled the appointment to make the repairs and had a access point they could use but they did not want to access this location for repairs refused to do the repair said they wanted to cut out the back of the brand new cabinets that had been installed. They also said they would not warranty if someone else makes the repairs. This has really pissed off the home owners after paying them over 6,000 for plumbing work for the to refuse repairing their mistake. I basically had to hold their plumbers hand when installing and laying out valves for the tub after I already gave them the measurements. We will never use this company ever again. They don't want to reimburse either for us to have another plumber do the repairs who has already agreed to do the repairs like we have asked.

Just had the dreaded weekend plumbing emergency call. Leaking water heater! Zack Olson and his partner Eric were here immediately and prevented a disaster. The water heater was in a very inconvenient place but they were able to remove it without any mess in the house. New water heater installed, the area is spotless, no more leak, and my wife and kids can have a hot shower before bed. I’m keeping Zack’s number for any future plumbing needs.

Made an appointment. They sent me a confirmation email and text. I didn't bother to call another company and get this done bc I had confirmation from them. When they didn't show for their appointment, I called and the lady told me I wasn't in their service area. Sooooo, you couldn't have said that when I made an appointment?!?!? I needed my drained cleared and now I'm stuck. They were supposed to come after I got back from vacation. Now if I make an appointment, I'm going to be waiting another couple of days. The lady on the phone said someone was supposed to call me and cancel it, but no one did. So, not only did they book the appointment without checking my area, but they failed to call me to cancel too. Hope they are more organized usually than this.
