I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: "sometime tonight". When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be "the boss" got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said "I said sometime tonight" There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!

I have done business with AAA for over 10 year now. I have never had a bad experience when calling in any of the problems in any of the apartments I have work for even if it is after hour emergencies. From after hour receptionist to plumbers coming to the property, always a positive experience. But today I had a very uncomfortable conversation with Keiry Ramirez, she is very unprofessional, talks over you, and just thinks she can down talk to you because her boss is on vacation.

Update 9/1/25: AAA cares about their customers and does excellent work. Available when you need them and can depend on them. Highly recommended with excellent communication. Previous review: Great service, very reliable and knowledgeable plumbers. Our HOA has been using them for many years. Very happy with their services and repairs.
